NASSCOM –BPM Conference held in the last week of September, 2013 witnessed eminent representatives from some of India’s top BPO and LPO companies in attendance. The event aimed at positioning Scotland as the preferred location for businesses in the Indian LPO and other industry.
Scotland is an ideal partner country for India said Mr. Paul Neill, Senior Executive – Financial Services Team, Trade & investment at Scottish Enterprise.
Scotland already has a strong relationship with some of the largest companies in India, and inward investment from those and newly entering companies now supports around 5,000 jobs.
This event has planted strategic seeds among Indian entrepreneurs and in coming days Scotland will see an upsurge in LPO activities with partnership of Indian legal support service providers.
